The Role
We're hiring a Senior Motion Designer to own motion and animation across our client projects. You'll bring static designs to life crafting micro-interactions, animated prototypes, launch videos, and motion systems that make products feel polished and alive. You'll work alongside our Product Designers and Project Manager, staying involved from kickoff to final delivery. If you obsess over easing curves, have strong opinions about timing, and can make a 2-second loop feel like magic, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Own motion design from concept to final export across web, mobile, and marketing assets
- Create micro-interactions, UI animations, and animated prototypes in collaboration with product designers
- Build launch videos, product demos, and motion assets for SaaS and AI products
- Develop motion guidelines and reusable animation systems for client brands
- Work side-by-side with the Project Manager and client throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with developers to ensure animations are practical and performant
- Run multiple projects in parallel without dropping quality
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in motion design, UI animation, or creative direction
- Strong skills in After Effects, Figma, Lottie, and/or Rive
- A portfolio of shipped motion work — product launches, UI animations, brand films (not just spec work)
- Comfort working agile and async in a remote environment
- AI fluency required — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, and Kling in your day-to-day process. We're a 100% AI-augmented team.
- Strong written English for clear communication with the internal team and clients
