The Role

We're hiring a Senior No-Code Developer to build the websites our design team dreams up. You'll live in Webflow and Framer, translate Figma into pixel-perfect builds, and obsess over the small stuff — the interactions, the load times, the breakpoints nobody else checks. You'll work alongside our Project Manager and stay involved with the client from kickoff to final delivery — owning the build while the PM keeps the project moving. If you treat no-code like real engineering, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• 3–5+ years in no-code development
• Expert-level Webflow and/or Framer
• Strong grasp of responsive design and web performance
• Ability to read and execute Figma designs accurately
• Proven track record juggling multiple remote projects without slipping
• AI fluency required — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor in your day-to-day development process. We're a 100% AI-augmented team.
• Strong written English for clear communication with the internal team and clients

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in frontend or full-stack development
• Expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar)
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
• Ability to read and execute Figma designs accurately
• Proven track record juggling multiple remote projects without slipping
• AI fluency required — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor in your day-to-day development process. We're a 100% AI-augmented team.
