The Role

We're hiring a Senior Raw Code Developer to turn our designs into production-grade web products. You'll write clean, performant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — and reach for modern frameworks like React or Next.js when projects demand it. You'll translate Figma into pixel-perfect, fully custom builds and obsess over the small stuff: the interactions, the load times, the accessibility details nobody else checks. You'll work alongside our Project Manager and stay involved with the client from kickoff to final delivery — owning the build while the PM keeps the project moving. What You'll Do

• Own custom web builds from kickoff to final delivery
• Write clean, production-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Build responsive, high-performance websites and web apps using modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully custom builds
• Implement animations, interactions, and complex UI states
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance
• Work side-by-side with the Project Manager and client throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with designers to deliver on time

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in frontend or full-stack development
• Expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar)
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
• Ability to read and execute Figma designs accurately
• Proven track record juggling multiple remote projects without slipping
