The Role

We're hiring a Senior Website Designer to design modern, high-converting websites for B2B, SaaS, and consumer brands. You'll turn briefs into pixel-perfect web experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, and conversion. You'll work alongside our Project Manager and stay involved with the client from kickoff to final delivery — owning the craft while the PM keeps the project moving. You understand that a website isn't just a layout — it's a sales tool with a personality.

What You'll Do

• Own website and landing page projects from kickoff to final delivery
• Design responsive websites for B2B, SaaS, and consumer clients
• Build full website systems and UI components in Figma
• Work within brand guidelines while pushing fresh creative direction
• Work side-by-side with the Project Manager and client throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with developers to ensure designs ship as intended
• Manage revisions and turn structured feedback into stronger work

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years in web design
• Strong Figma skills and a deep understanding of responsive design
• Portfolio packed with clean, modern, and professional website work
• Familiarity with Webflow or Framer is a strong plus
• AI fluency required — you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma Make in your day-to-day design process. We're a 100% AI-augmented team.
